CHALLENGE

Ford Hermosillo plant in Mexico had recived some of the best achievements out of all Ford plants and leadership wanted to recognize the workers. Leadership planed an event in Hermosillo to congratulate and hype-up the dedicated workers that made this possible. They approached the D-Ford Communication design team to help create a hype video that also shows all their accomplishments.

CONCEPT

I worked closely with Chris Tobias who created the outline and script for the video, while I worked on the styling and design. The video was two parts: an overview of Ford products to come to build excitement around the Ford Blue business, and a celebration of Ford Mexico employees and their accomplishments. Due to confidentiality the first section was removed and parts of the second were adjusted. We went with bright fun colors, bold typography, and energetic music to add excitement. We also included photos of employees participating in local environmental efforts because we wanted to show it’s not just the plant doing great but the employees themselves.
